Sterling King Unveils AW21 Collection and Announces Collaboration with Farfetch and Browns Fashion

Based in New York City, Sterling King has come a long way since establishing her own brand in 2018. In the space of less than 3 years, the jewellery label has expanded to international markets and adorned the biggest names in the show business: Cardi B, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Mary J Blige — you name it. But the eponymous designer isn’t about to stop any time soon: she just welcomed 2021 with a bang by unveiling her new AW21 collection and announcing the brand’s collaboration with global fashion retailers FarFetch and Browns Fashion.

King’s unique aesthetics in design continues in the new AW21 collection, with pieces maintaining the signature sculptural forms, yet combined with new, seasonal elements: bold, eye-catching color palettes with contrast between icy metallic shine and soft glimmer of pearl, innovative and sustainable material and almost fluid-like shapes. The final result? An artistic, modern yet glamorous range of must-have pieces that add attitude to any outfit.

Whilst we still have to wait a few months before laying hands on King’s Fall collection, her Spring '21 pieces are already available both on the brand’s e-commerce site and with selected retailers, including exclusive styles in partnership with FarFetch and Browns Fashion. The exclusive range consists of ten designs in gold, silver, and vibrant shades of metallic pink with crystal embellishments — precisely the fun, mood-lifting jewelries we all need to brighten our 2021...

“We are a small brand, so we can customize and adapt very quickly.” Speaking of the past year where many businesses faced difficulties, King tells me: “We manufacture and source all of our pieces locally in the jewelry district and garment district of NYC using recycled metal and recyclable packaging. Being small, nimble and flexible helped us maintain our business in this global crisis.”
