Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are pleased to offer worldwide Express Shipping and Economy Shipping. Some carrier restrictions may apply based on the country of delivery. In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order to the shipping address provided, we will contact you for an alternate delivery address or provide a refund.
Is there a store I can visit?
While we do not currently have our own brick-and-mortar store, we partner with small and large boutiques worldwide. View our stockists to find a store near you. We also welcome private appointments at our New York City studio. To make an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The style I want is out of stock. How can I order it?
If you're eyeing a style that's out of stock, please email email@example.com or send us a message to inquire. We are happy to produce any out-of-stock styles even if we don't have it ready-to-ship at that time. Made-to-order styles generally ship within 3-10 business days.
Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes, we happily offer custom-made jewelry styles, such as fine jewelry (solid gold), personalized colorways, or one-of-a-kind pieces. Please email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org to explore our custom offerings.
How should I care for my Sterling King jewelry?
What is the jewelry made of?
Sterling King Jewelry is handmade in the jewelry and garment district of New York City through the process of lost-wax casting.
Most our jewelry is cast in brass or sterling silver. Sterling King Fine Jewelry is cast in solid 14k or 18k gold. Pieces can be made in solid gold upon request. If you're interested any styles in solid gold, please email email@example.com and we will provide pricing information.
Additional materials include crystals, freshwater pearls, lucite, faux pearls, and diamonds (fine jewelry).
Do you accept returns?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or return items for store credit. Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt. Return credit never expires. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons, nor do we accept returns on custom or made-to-order styles or sizes.
To request a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your order confirmation email and we will provide a free return label for shipments within the continental U.S. We regrettably do not accept returns on international orders at this time.
Do you offer repairs?
We are happy to offer free repairs on any damage occurring within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we require a small fee to cover the cost of repairs, such as an earring post replacement, stone setting, ring sizing, or re-plating. Please email email@example.com to request a repair.
